Events outside of Homestead Holistics Alley, L.L.C. control shall be considered force majeure.
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your service(s)/consultation(s).
Sales tax has already been applied to all service(s)/consultation(s) at Homestead Holistics Alley, L.L.C.
Bank card/Banking information through Venmo is transmitted over secure SSL encryption, Client will have an optional agreement per client's choice to store their Venmo information for faster future checkout processing.
Homestead Holistics Alley, L.L.C. reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.

The personal information you provide will be used to ensure services to you. The information you provide is only available to Homestead Holistics Alley, L.L.C practitioner(s)/consultant(s) & will not be shared with other third parties. FORCE MAJEURE:
Events outside of Homestead Holistics Alley, L.L.C. control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Homestead Holistics Alley, L.L.C. is released from Homestead Holistics Alley, L.L.C. obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively & products, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

APPOINTMENTS:
Homestead Holistics Alley, L.L.C. has the right to cancel if Homestead Holistics Alley, L.L.C practitioner(s)/consultant(s) are unable to complete the service. We will notify you of the cancellation as soon as immediately possible.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Homestead Holistics Alley, L.L.C. reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of treatment(s), products &/or consultation(s) purchase & gift certificates offerings, etc. without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Homestead Holistics Alley, L.LC. has the right to cancel the order & refund any amount paid in the best way possible. Homestead Holistics Alley, L.L.C. shall also notify the client(s) of equivalent replacement products, if available.

Venmo is not responsible for any content, interactions or transfers made on their applications/websites for treatment(s), consultation(s), gift certificates, etc. client(s) payments to Homestead Holistics Alley, L.L.C.

Client(s) &/or the client(s) insurance may not legally bill either such party or addresses, previously stated, in any such event. All instances of the above are 100% client(s) &/or the client(s) insurance responsibility to cover medical, hospital &/or follow-up expenses with their personal choice of provider(s), hospital, medical clinic, care they obtain(-ed), etc.

By signing the treatment(s) (i.e.: Reiki, sound healing, tarot/oracle readings or any other holistic services) provided &/or financial planning coaching "Clients Information Form/Informed Consent" with Homestead Holistics Alley, L.L.C. they also acknowledge that all legal disclaimer(s) forms stated on this website was read, acknowledged & agreed upon when they sign the designated stated form prior to all treatment(s)/consultation(s) with &/or Homestead Holistics Alley, L.L.C &./or Homestead Holistics Alley, L.L.C. practitioner(s)/consultant(s).

As your practitioner(s)/consultant(s) we agree to abide by the following:
Practitioner(s)/consultant(s) will not knowingly misrepresent our knowledge or expertise either publicly or privately, and we will be transparent regarding our education, certifications, & other qualifications. 
Practitioner(s)/consultant(s) will hold all discussions with our clients in the strictest confidence as possible, except where doing so may cause harm to the client themselves &/or other(s). 
Practitioner(s)/consultant(s) will not provide information or advice that we do not believe in or that we would not personally follow. 
Practitioner(s)/consultant(s) will not knowingly take any monetary, professional, or other advantage of any consultant/client relationship. Except when the client(s) chose a monetary option for their payment(s) of treatment(s) (i.e.: Reiki, sound healing, tarot/oracle readings, any other holistic/energy healing services) provided &/or financial planning coaching purposes only; in which a receipt will be provided to the client upon Venmo transaction request.
Practitioner(s)/consultant(s) will conduct ourselves in accordance with this code of ethics whenever we are engaged in any consulting relationship or capacity.
